cant view the sims 4

When I launch the Sims 4 it gets to the maxis logo then minimizes the window. When maximized there's a solid white screen that I cant do anything with. I even tried uninstalling the game and every expansion pack, when reinstalled the same thing happens. Ive spend a lot of money on the game and the expansion packs for it not to work. Please Help!!!

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

Are you playing in Windowed mode? Could you try alt+enter on start up?

I found the problem. I it was one of the packs, most likely the new Cats and Dogs pack.
