cant turn off game

My game is glitched were I cant open game options menu and the Social Groups will not open at the bottom right corner i have been trying to edit the game to see if i can fix that but I have to open game options does anyone have any ideas? or know how to fix the problem?

I do not have mods or anything in my game and game options menu wont open so I can re-open the sims do you have any ideas for me or does anyone else know how to fix it?

@Boke301 Try launching the game in windowed mode.  You can force it through Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, enter -w in the comman line box, and save.
