hi, i am trying to create a new game but it just doesnt work, i dont have any mods in it, literally just the game

@9577-E45E-6C5E-C What happens when you try to create a new save? If you see an error message, please post a screenshot. Please also let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
