cannot play the sims 4 after update

I just updated my the sims 4 which stated if I don't, I can't play the game, so I updated it. after that, when I want to load the game, my household's gone and the world I played also missing, only showing the recommended expanded packs which arent purchased yet. I have no idea where to click on. pls solve this.

@charlottetteleng  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
