can't remember my origin username/email or password

A few years ago (not too long after sims 4 came out) i bought the sims 4 disc for my pc. Normally, I would download all my sims games onto my sisters origin account, but i guess i made my own account when i got sims 4, and installed it onto there. i kind of stopped playing for a few years but now i want to play it again. only problem is that i can't remember the username/email or password that i used for my origin account. i also lost the second sims 4 disc (since it has a disc to install and a disc to play) but even when i try to install the first disc on my sisters account it says "this code has already been used" because i installed it on my own account a long time ago, and no longer know it. i've had so many email accounts with so many passwords that i never wrote down so it's impossible to remember which one. can anyone please help me?
