can't open the sim4

What do you do if you have that same problem but on mac. I cannot find any solutions for mac.

I looked up the dvp.ll... on the internet and it depends on what windows I think when I had windows 7 it was the 86. I now have windows 10 and I finally got it working by running the 64 of the Microsoft c++ 2013

It actually depends on the bit version of the game/OS

You need 64 for th 64 bit version and 86 for the 32 bit version. So if you were on Win 7 32 bit, the game would run as 32, hence you needed 86. If you're on 64 bit, the game will run on 64 bit and you need 64.
