Yours worked at one point and then stopped?  You are sure The Sims4 full game ran on yours for a few games before?

Yes DXDiag shows drivers and dates.

I'm pretty sure your issue is outdated display drivers and the Full Sims4 has never worked on your machine, if demo's had before we don't want to count that.  Infact uninstall them if they are still around.

--Also I think you never said it worked before... so 2 dumb moves by me.. oh well... anyways pretty sure you have integrated graphics and the driver date is really old.  Need to see dxdiag cuz I don't want to shoot for 3 strikes in one post.

Yeah I downloaded the game and everything went smoothly, except when I click to launch. Then it said that another program made the program. Yeah I try to keep my laptop pretty updated but I understand that the better graphics and sound means better computer. I just want to see if I can fix this problem before I go buy another laptop

Go to Control Panel. 

Uninstall Intel Graphics GMA Driver.

Restart.

Now try the .EXE
