can’t install store content/can’t log in on launcher

so i bought the grandpa’s grove store content today and was so excited to download it, only for my launcher’s welcome page to look like this and whenever i try to download it the ”log in” pop up shows up, i write my password, it pops up again, i write it in, it pops up again.

i have absolutely no clue what to do or why my launcher looks like this.

so i did this and it seems to work, the launcher now looks like it should and i was able to download the stire content!
