can't download game on both my devices! HELP

I bought the game for me and my daughter. She uses a laptop i use a desktop. When she went to install it. It said something about can't use the code twice!

im having the same issue, the woman in the shop said it can only be ued on one device and thats it. my issue is my computer just broke so i want to use the game on my laptop but i cant. anyone else know anything ??

Has it been installed already in one computer? If thats the case, you must use the same account that the game was installed on to install it to another computer.
