can not sign in to Orgin, it says

@CHDTOF  The first thing to try is running Origin as an administrator.  Right-click on the icon to see the option.  The next step is to clear Origin's cache.  If neither of these helps, uninstall Origin itself ("the hard way") and reinstall it.
