i bought 12 pound pack of simpoints and it wont let me add them to my sims 3 pack so i cant even use them

@IHyperCleggy Did you buy the points through Origin, or from some other store? If you bought through Origin, the points should already be in your Sims 3 Store account. If you're not seeing them, clear your browser cache, or use a different browser, and look again.
If you bought a SimPoints card at a store, those may no longer work properly. You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.
