What do you expect to see? there was an error saving a lot to my library and mailbox wont work (cant paybills)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@ptous  Please update your game to the latest patch.  If you can't do so, or that alone doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

For the error saving the lot, please post a screenshot of the error message.  Please also let me know whether the lot has any custom content on it and whether it contains any mannequins.

For the mailbox, try moving your sims to a different house, just as a test.
