bb.moveobjects not working

Please help! I tried everything. I typed bb.moveobjects on and BB.moveobjects. I reinstalled the game. The other cheats like money and debug work but this one doesn't. I don't have any mods. Also I have the sims 4 deluxe edition and my game version is 1.0.797.20
If you know of any mods that makes this cheat work or works like that please tell me where can I find i

The current patch level of the game is 1.67.45. Have you never updated your game? Where did you download the game from?

You only need to enter

bb.moveobjects

to activate MOO, no need for on/off or enabling testingcheats.
