So I was playing my game with the new toddler update! Now every time I try to play a household it crashes!!! I have tried restarting my computer and it did the same thing!! I love the household I created and want to play with the new update!!

Your graphics card driver is a bit out of date. Make sure to update that if possible:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
And make sure to run the game on lower graphics settings.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

So have posted already whats happening with the sims now I click on a household and it keeps loading and loading and wont stop!! This all started happening after the toddler update! I do not have any mods or cc. I have the Sims 4 City Living and Sims 4 Gets to work. I love toddlers ,but if I knew it would cause me all this trouble I would not have did the update!!Any answers will help!

To post the DxDiag select the 'Choose File' button below the post box (you need start replying to a thread and type something as a reply) and attach your DxDiag text file (.txt or .doc).
