am i allowed to transfer sims 4 from disc to flashdrive

I want to get the Sims 4 on my surface.The surface on has a USB port not a place to insert a disc.I wanted to know it would be allowed for me to transfer the disc to a flashdrive.I wanted to see if there was some rule against it or if I could.

You can just download it through Origin. Once you activate the disc version on Origin, you'll get the download version for free. Not sure if transfering would work cause of copy protection.
