aging issue

Hope someone can help me:

So my issue is with aging, since the last update.  I have returned to my game to find my new toddlers that only aged up from babies 1 day ago already ready to age up to a child. My child is already half full, which really should be 2 days in to it for the child.  Not sure what's going on here. 

I have tried using testingcheats enabled and then cas.fulleditmode - to change to child and back to toddler, same with the child, when I go back to game, still the age bar is full and ready to go on to child.  Is this a glitch?  I have tried evicting family, and then editing them and then moved them back in, still the same.

Anyone have any ideas to fix this???

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

No mods or cc being used. Since I have tried reverting back to an older save, traveling to another lot and back, repairing game, moving game files and starting it up to bring back a refresh of files and then copying games files back, nothing has worked!!

What age settings do you play on?

I'm having the same issue my Sims aged up 19 days in 7 days on my desktop so I thought it was my desk top so I played my laptop and my Sims aged up 3 days in 1 day

What are your settings on?

My settings are
Active household age only
Lifespans long
Unplay Sims don't age
And the only cc I have is MC command centre
