after the new update my traits dont work

i don't know if this is happening for anyone else but i can't click on traits, after making a full sim i couldn't even save her because she had no traits but it wouldn't let me pick any. i tried to add traits to multiple sims but it won't let me. on top of that the story mode doesn't work correctly in my game, it freezes up when its supposed to say that i can customize the sim now and it always results in me having to close the game and scrap the whole thing.

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
