access to exhange

I registered my sims 3 game onto this site but i still do not have access to the exchange. it keeps saying to register a game.

@tiredintexas  If your game shows up in Origin, it should be added to your Sims 3 store account as well.  Try clearing your browser caches and then signing in with your Origin credentials.  You could also try a different browser.
