Worlds wont downlad after new computer

I have an account that i used but when i got a new computer i had to download eveything again, all my expansion packs work but when i try to get the worlds again it does not work.

@carolynnarndt What exactly happens when you try download the worlds? Do you get any errors? Also are downloading the from your 'Purchase History': http://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

it just says that the code has aready been used, and i know that, but i dont know how to get them again, i look at my  history and its not there

@carolynnarndt If the worlds don't show up in your purchase history, then most likely you are logging in with the wrong account. Could you please try logging in with different email addresses you may have to see if the Purchase History shows up?
