World Display Glitch Sims 4

Whenever i start up thre game it freezes for a bit before fully loading and the screen goes grey at the bottom with glitchy lines running across the screen, and when i load the game the world isn't in color and the bottom has lines running across.

Your graphics card may not be strong enough to handle the games graphics, that may be why it's not loading so good.

I may not be A computer expert but the same thing happened to me on my sims 3 game.
