@nicolabeneke The easiest first step is to pull your Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. If the game works, the problem is something in your game folder.
When the game loads, if it does load, TS4 will spawn a clean game folder with nothing in it. Use this folder to test your mods and cc in batches (delete localthumbcache.package after each test), and when you've sorted through that, you can move your Saves and Tray folders from the old game folder to the new one. Next would be to try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling. You don't need to uninstall Sims 4 again.

If these steps don't help, please try disabling your antivirus/firewall, just long enough to test. If it helps, add exceptions for Origin.exe and TS4.exe or TS4_64.exe, whichever you use.
