Won’t Let Me Arrest Suspect

I can't arrest a suspect on APB, she is the only Sim that now appears on the lot and when I go to arrest her there isn't an option to do so. I've did everything to try and help it like all the trouble shooting settings, still nothing I think it may be a bug, I've also been stuck on the case for days.

Are you using any Custom Content or CC? It's possible something might be interfering if you happen to have something along those lines.

Aside from that, is the character you're using to arrest the suspect the only one having this problem? Do you have any other Detective sims that are having this issue? (This is more to test if it's specific to your active Sim.)
