I got a new laptop and reinstalled my game. I downloaded my previous purchases from the store as well as some custom content from the exchange. They downloaded fine however when I selected them and pressed install the load icon appeared for a few seconds but then disappeared and nothing else happened. I tried a few times but the same thing happened each time.

  • Did you move over any user files or is this a completely new installation ?
  • Did you upate your game to 1.57 ?
