Windowed mode prevent launching the game.

I never have any problems with my game before.

Last time, i closed the game in windowed mode. When I launched it, white window. I tried a lot of time, same white window. In origin, I clicked on repair. After a lot of time, I tried an other time. Guess what ? Didn't work. I went to the TS4 folder, and change fullscreen = 0 to 1 in "settings.ini". It works ! 

A lot of people don't know how to modify the settings out-game so please solve this bug.

PS : I'm French, so sorry if i'm patronizing, if my pharses don't have any sense, really sorry.

is it just windowed mode or also fullscreen windowed mode ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
