@neena7881 If this is the same MSI Prestige you linked before, with the Nvidia 1650, it should be able to run all Sims 3 packs together on ultra settings, minus a couple (water and high-detail lots) that need to be turned down to lessen the load on the game engine.
You'll need to take steps to manually limit the in-game framerates the graphics card is allowed to produce, but that's true for any card fast enough to run the game well. Once you actually have the computer and can test, let me know if you need help with this process.
