Why won't SIMS 4 extension packs play? They read 'installed'.

Why won't my SIMS 4 extension packs or stuff pack play? SIMS 4 original game plays, but the extensions won't play. They are shown on my SIMS 4 play page and when I click on them, it reads that I already own that pack. Why won't they play? I spent 6 hours on the phone with techs, uninstalled and reinstalled everything from the Origin app to each and every game/extension, but it didn't help.

Could you give us a bit more details what happens ? Are they not in the game ? Does the game not load ? What happens ?

Are you using mods/cc in your game ?
