Why does my game turn blue when I zoom out?

Every time I zoom out on my game it turns blue. I need cant build properly

@Isagonsims  Try setting View Distance to High in the graphics options.

@Isagonsims  Is your computer a pc or mac? If a pc please post your computer's dxdiag - how to collect dxdiag data  and attach the txt file to the paper clip in the lower roght of the forum's response window.
