Why can't I register my Sims 3 Diesel Stuff Pack? [ Edited ]

What error are you getting ? Are you sure you put in the code right ? z and 2 and 0 and O look very similar.

Where did you try to register ? Through Origin or at the Sims 3 Website ?

I tried Sims community in the launcher of the town by the login to the internet.Wrong place??

Try registering here: https://www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html

Login to your Sims 3 Account or make a new one if you don't have one yet.

EDIT: If you choose options on the post you choose as a solution (upper right corner of the post), you should be able to revoke the solution so people know this is not solved and still look at the thread.
