Why are my Sims disproportionate

When I go into Create-A-Sim, my sims have disproportionate body parts. Please help me with this.

Move your Mods folder to the desktop then test the game.

I did what you asked, and it says that my mods were removed. The glitch is gone now. Do I add my mods back in?
