White screen then disappears (sims4)

When trying to load sims 4 a white screen appears but then disappear. I tried deleting the game and reinstall it but it didn't work. Then I deleted origin and reinstalling it but it didn't work.

@jonathan591187 what platform are you playing on ? PC or Mac ?

Any Mods/CC in your game ?
