White screen after factory reset

So, I just updated my game to the newest version, and it has disabled my cc. So I checked the box to re-enable them and closed the game. I re-opened it, and it still has them disabled. So I decided to do a factory reset (it worked last time) and now my game is just a white screen and I can’t click on anything. Please help, I have no idea what to do at this point

I did and that didn’t work, but I went back and changed the game version file since it didn’t change before and that seems to be working so far

Hey @Singerlover9 Can you try running a Repair on the game and seeing if this continues?
