I'm currently tracking a possible issue on Macs displaying this issue. All the users so far have integrated Intel graphics only. You have a dedicated AMD so it's more likely that your issue is caused by an outdated UI Mod. Could you please move out your Mods, trash the localthumbnailcache.packge file, repair your game and then load it back up and see if you still have the issue?
