White Screen

I can't get my Sims game to play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have repaired the game. I cleaned up The Sims 4 folder and deleted all mods. Everytime I click play the load screen comes up momentarily, and then after about 3-5 seconds the screen turns white and minimizes. When I unminimize it the screen is still white and doesn't allow me to do anything or see anything. I just purchased this laptop specifically for gaming about 2 years ago so I feel like the driver and everything should be fine. I'm just not sure what else I can possibly try to be able to actually play again.

@Megatron1104  Try disabling Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
