White Screen + Won’t Turn Off After Installing City Living Trial

@SirenSuperstar  Is the LE from before or after you tried playing in a clean user folder?  The LE says your game is modded, but there shouldn't be any mods in a clean folder, unless you or something else put them back.  (OneDrive often re-syncs content that's been removed from Documents.)
