@reggieblackcat12 The second laptop would be a lot better, I mean it wouldn't even be a competition, if it had 8 GB RAM. But with only 4 GB, you'd likely see significant performance issues. If you're willing to upgrade the memory yourself, it's still an excellent choice, or at least I think it is: I can't find any documentation on whether this laptop's RAM is actually upgradable. A Currys store would know, so if you're interested, call and ask.
I wouldn't recommend the first laptop for someone shopping in your price range. It's not that the laptop is bad overall, but its performance for Sims 4 would be significantly lower than a number of similarly-priced options.
If you don't want to need to upgrade the memory, then I'd go with a different option than either of these. Of the Currys selections in your price range, these are better options:
