Hello!
I'm trying to decide which PC I should choose, but I really only have these two computers as an option since they are on Fingerhut. I can upgrade as time goes on, but I want the better one to start with since I won't be able to upgrade parts immediately. I only play Sims 4 and Sims 3, but I do download a lot of mods and cc. Thank You!

@AlexandriaJadecx I'm sure the TS4 crew will want to weigh in, but since you also play TS3, I figured I'd share my thoughts.
Neither computer you linked would handle TS3 particularly well, especially if you own or plan to buy any of the most demanding expansion packs (Pets, Seasons, then Into the Future and Isla Paradiso). Neither one has an adequate graphics card, and TS3 is very demanding on a GPU. While it's certainly possible to upgrade parts later, many computers with weaker GPUs don't have the power supply to support a stronger card. (Whether this is true for the models you linked, I can't tell, but at any rate they wouldn't run TS3 well out of the box.)
If you need to buy from Fingerhut, you have a couple of better options. For example, this one is the same price as the second computer you linked, but it has a better processor, a much better graphics card, and the same RAM and hard drive.

This one is a bit more expensive, but it has a better processor and more room for RAM upgrades. Which graphics card is better is a matter of debate.

With TS3, the requirements aren't all that high by modern gaming standards, but they are pretty strict—the game just does not run well on hardware that falls short of recommended specs. So it's not a good idea to cut corners, especially on the graphics card.

Both suggestions posted by @puzzlezaddict are excellent. The two you link to does not have sufficient graphics capabilities.

I appreciate it!

I'm going with the second one you linked (:
