Where the heck is my content EA? [ Edited ]

I got these last week, And now they arent showing up in my Origin account and ive been sitting on hold with Support for close to 33 minutes!

Livechat is useless.

if i can not get someone to help me from EA, i will be forced to make a "item not received claim" with paypal.

Im tired of bouncing around to find an answer, nothing is linear, its all bounce!

@RomireTV That last picture could mean you don't have it installed. Could you check in Origin if you have the option to install the packs?

- Go to 'Game Library' in Origin
- Right click 'The Sims 4' and choose 'Game Details
A overlay moves in
- Have a look under the 'Extra Content' tab

- See if you have the Parenthood and Bowling Night show up there.
