I pre-ordered the Sims4 yesterday and after i am paid for it Igot the invoice email.
the money was took but until now I did not see the game in my games or order history in origin .
I have contracted with EA advisor they told me my order status is Submitted ,but I can not see in my history either .
Did sanyone who pre-order the Sims4 the same as mine?
Please Help~

I would give it some time. Can't tell you if it's supposed to show up or not. They are having issues atm cause they're putting new stuff up so, it might take a moment.
If you feel unconfortable with waiting, get in touch with a game advisor

Are you talking about Sims 4 or 3 ? Sims 4 isn't out till next year. Not sure when it will start showing up.

I am talking about the Sims 4 ,and
I just want know if the Sims4 will be show up in my order history or in my origin game
or I just need to waitting for the released day and then I can see the game in my origin ?
I have bought game before through the Origin ,there always be a order history iImmediately
but now I am waitting for over 24hrs and just nothing .
