Where did my game go

Hey, I bought Sims 3 and a bunch of expansions about half a year ago, and now I can't access any of them. It's been a month or two since I've last played them, but when I tried starting them up the other day, it said I needed to buy the game again. I tried using my game key again, but it says it was already used, probably when I used it to download the games in the first place. What gives?

@KiausT  Are you sure you're using the same account as you did before?  If so, try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin ("the hard way").

If these steps don't make your content reappear, then you'll need to contact EA customer support to have someone on that end look into your games.  It's possible that your codes were deactivated.  This could be a mistake, or, if you bought everything from an unauthorized third-party source, you may have received bad codes.  The only way to find out is to ask a support rep to check your account details.
