Whenever I tried to go in my game it's stuck on a white screen and won't load

Whenever I go into my game and wait for the loading screen just a white screen pops us and I've been trying multiple times, but it just doesn't work.

@Thatonegirlie777  Please move your entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you open the launcher, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether the game works.  Let me know either way.

If you still get a white screen, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
