When i click to go on sims 3 or origin it dosen't load.

I have windows 8 and when i go to play on sims i click the logo which gets you to the launcher, nothing happens it dose not even get to the start page. PLEASE HLP CAUSE I WANT TO GO BACK ON SIMS SOON

yeah i have windows 8 and when i first got the game that happned all the time to me then i found out that you have to go onto origin and you have to launch the game from there and if that doesn't work you can right click on the origin logo and then click on the sims 3 or if that doesn't work then you might have to re install the sims, hope this helps.

What ati virus are you using? If using Bitdefender it wont work with the game you would need to remove Bitdefender. Sounds like something could be blocking it. If you dont have Bitdefender try turing off your anti virus and see if it works
