What do I do?

★★★ Newbie

I've downloaded the Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Supernatural, but now I can't download it. I have an ASUS laptop (which I HIGHLY don't recommend getting). The last time I played it was a few months ago. I have it registered on my The Sims 3 page, but when I go to click on it, it sends me to a page the has that '404 Sorry, the page you were looking for can't be found' page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Origin app and restarted my laptop 3x and it STILL won't work. What do I do? Please help me!!!!! I love plating The Sims 3, LOL. I play as a fairy and I make my husband as a warlock.

Re: What do I do?

@Taekook1990 Are you trying to download TS3 through Origin?  Do you not see your content in your library, or is it present but not downloading.  These two problems are distinct and require distinct approaches.

If you're trying to make TS3 appear in your Origin library, this should be relatively simple.  While the old Sims 3 page may no longer work, the store page does (https://store.thesims3.com/).  You can sign in using your old credentials and find your game and pack(s) listed there.  You should also be able to link this account to Origin, if you haven't already, where your content will be available for digital download.  If you can't access your content in Origin, you'll need to contact EA customer support to sort this out.  In addition to the details of your old account, it would be helpful if you could provide some proof of purchase or ownership (receipt; photos of disc, case, insert; etc.) on hand for the chat.

If your content is in your Origin library but won't download, you probably have the same problem as several other people recently.  Please see this thread for details:

In particular, try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin only, which wouldn't affect your installed games.  You might also try uninstalling Origin and reinstalling as an administrator—this worked for one person.  If none of this helps, though, please provide the information requested in the first post of the thread, and I'll merge your posts into it for better visibility.

@Taekook1990  Did you uninstall the game? Are you trying to install from disc or digital download from Origin? What size is your system drive (CStandard smile?
