What am I doing wrong?

I'm downloading Origin and then when it finishes, it says something like "re installing this will fix the problem." But I download it, and I don't know if it installs while downloading but I downloaded it about 5 times and it says the same thing every time. I don't know what to do at this point. Please help me.
