Weird tags on each floor

Ok, I have a completely weird problem.. It doesn't seem like a big deal but it is EXTREMELY annoying.

Everytime i hover over a wall or floor the name of a different object pops up(like if you were to hover over your sim).

The foundation is Cooking Volume 1, the first floor is handiness volume 1,second floor is the adventures of raymando, and the roof is spoiled inferno birthday cake..

please help!

do you have mods?

for testing purposes go to edit town  save a copy of your sim to the libiary then start a new game to see if the tags show up again
