Weird skin

My sims has this weird texture on their skin, I’ve deleted the caches every time I start the game.. but it doesn’t work. The skin still looks all pixelated.

@Bts152  If you're using custom content, try playing without it.  (This goes for any cc, not just skins.)  You may still need to take your sims into CAS and change their skin to get them to look normal again.
