Wedding freezes the time.

When I try to do a wedding in-game, As soon as I pres gett married to... and the bride and groom stand under the wedding arch the time freezes. But the sims move slightly and they keep moving in build mode, While I'm in build mode I can not change anything. I am on the lot called "the rocks" in Windemburg. I have tried a different dress. Same result. I don't know what I do wrong. I have been able to get sims married before. This has never happened before. I have mods and cc installed. Could it be enough to inactivate them?
