WASD keys malfunctioning [ Edited ]

I reinstalled sims 4 and repaired multiple times, deleted all files yet i still cant move the camera via W,A,S,D nor any of the arrow keys.
The tab button moves the camera back so free camera is also not a thing i can do anymore
Please help 
Apparently keyboaqrd layout matters extremly much even if it is the same (i only had to change qwertz eng to qwertz ger)

i had English (German) on instead of German itself. exact same layout but apparently language matters more than layout itself

I have this problem, how did you fix it? What did you change? I tried to change the layout didn't work for me at all.

EDIT:

I "fixed it", I read your post one more time and change my system to Swedish instead of as you had English (Swedish). And now it works. Problem is I do not like my system in Swedish. :P
