Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When raising a vampire child, it causes a bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Vampire children are thirsty for themselves. 'I am thirsty.' The moodlet continues. And the body grows abnormally, and then comes back as a child.
What do you expect to see? It keeps vampire children from thirst.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them. 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

It's settled.
I erased the game and installed it again. So there was no problem anymore.

I don't know the cause, but...

@redearcat To be sure, they get a moodlet for thirst ? Could you post a picture of the moodlet you're seeing ?
