Vampire Powers ( Emotion Control) & Vampiric Trance Options Not Available

Hi!

So my sim is a Master Vampire and I've given her the Control Emotion & Vampiric Trance abilities but they don't appear as options when I click on her/her bed. I used cheats to get the vampire powers but I've done it before and I usually don't run into that kind of problem?? I don't use mods or anything like that, but I've been playing on a new computer and I just downloaded Get Famous. I've already tried to the game repair and restarting the game/ computer, but nothing works, I can't see/use the emotion control and vampiric trance.
