Every time I start playing The Sims 4, after a while, my computer goes blue screen reporting a VIDEO TDR FAILURE and saying that the file which caused the problem is nvlddmkm.sys.
I have an Acer Windows 10, with NVIDIA GeF.orce 920 M and Intel Core i5-4210U.
I tried to install a newer version of my NVIDIA GeF.orce but my computer says that it's not compatible. I don't really know what to do to solve this problem! I hope that you can help me.

Please completely uninstall the Nvidia driver using DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html Then download and install the latest driver from Nvidia.
